Carter's is the leading brand of baby & kids clothing in the United States. Brands under Carter's include OshKosh B'Gosh, Little Planet, Otter Avenue, Skip Hop, Child of Mine, Just One You, and Simple Joys. Carter's and OshKosh brands are sold at over 940 company-owned retail stores, as well as leading department stores, national chains, and specialty retailers domestically and internationally.
corporate comms
As corporate media designer, I create all internal brand-related materials for the company. These assets include, but aren't limited to, materials for the company's annual reports, board meetings, benefits guides, intranet, quarterly marketing presentations, and talent acquisition.

Each year, I create and update our company's benefits guides, which are distributed internationally to both full-time and part-time employees.

In addition to the benefits guides, I also create the communications for annual enrollment, which are sent out both through email and direct mail.

I collaborate with multiple departments in creating internal presentations for company updates, as well as external presentations shared across multiple industries, such as shareholders, marketing leaders, or landlords.

In partnership with the executive leadership team, I help create the covers for our annual reports on a yearly basis.
special projects
I collaborate on projects outside of corporate media that showcased my designs externally, such as public relations projects, influencer collaborations, and retail launches.

I created a seeding kit for our latest baby essentials collection, which was sent out to expecting parent influencers. The kit includes newborn essential garments, a lookbook of our favorite items, Carter's designed tissue paper, and a Carter's branded notecard.

For our collaboration with Winnie the Pooh, I created a seeding kit that was distributed to influencers to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Winnie the Pooh. The kit includes articles of clothing from our Winnie the Pooh collection, a style lookbook, custom Winnie x Carter's tissue paper, and a blank notecard.

In partnership with Once Upon a Farm, Carter's ran a limited-time collection in stores with a special promotion for customers. I designed and customized the promotional insert for the exclusive campaign.

Every holiday season, our retail department updates packaging designs to holiday styling. In 2023, my design was featured in stores on paper and plastic bags, gift cards, and poly shippers for online purchases.

In 2022, Carter's launched the "A Dream Come True" campaign with The Prelude Network, aimed to raise awareness around financial accessibility to fertility care and destigmatize infertility, as well as help parents understand fertility options. I contributed to the design of a lookbook and bodysuit in part of the campaign sweepstakes.
office installations
I design and coordinate large-scale installations, as well as event design, for the Buckhead office in Atlanta and distribution centers in the US and Canada. I also work in the international space, providing graphics for Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Bangladesh offices.

As a part of quarterly board of directors meetings, I help design seasonal displays for the directors to walk through the upcoming season's collections and photography.

Carter's hosted a company event for our new goal-setting initiative, held at The Whitley Hotel in Atlanta. I created the environmental design for the event, as well as worked with The Whitley's AV team to display the event's presentation and signage throughout the hotel's monitors.

As part of our goal-setting event, I also created swag items for every participant, which included a tote bag, notebook, and stickers.
